rights, members, appurtenances thereto in anywise appertaining or belonging to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
          And the said party of the first part will and her heirs, executors and administrators shall the aforegranted premises unto the said party of the second part, her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, forever warrant and defend by virtue of these presents.
          In witness whereof, the said party of the first part has hereunto set her hand and seal the day and year first above written.

          This Indenture made this 17th day of September, A.D. 1917, between Mrs. Priscilla B. Brobston (widow), S.C. Littlefield (Bahellor [sic]) of the County of Duval, State of Florida, Mrs. Lilly Morris and Pendleton S. Morris, her husband of the Orleans Parish State of Louisiana, Mrs. Emma Brock and U. Grant Brock her husband of the County of Haralson and State of Georgia, heirs at law of the estate of S.C. Littlefield and Emma C. Littlefield, deceased, parties of the first part and A.R. Berrie of the County of Glynn, and State of Georgia of party of the second part.
          Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred dollars ($100.00) and other valuable considerations, in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has remised, released, and quit-claimed, and by these presents does remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said parties of the first part have in and to the following described lots, pieces or parcels of land, to wit: our undivided interest in all unsold lots lying and being in Naval City, on Blythe Island, Glynn County, Georgia, and in that part of said Naval City known and designated upon the map and plan thereof made by E.A. Penniman, Surveyor, and more particularly described as follows, to wit; All of those blocks of lots, bounded east by sixteenth street, south by the United States Government property and back river, west by Back river and north by Broadway Ave. Also all streets and alleyways embraced and shown on the map of Naval City; and all of that certain block of lots bounded on the north by Glynn Ave. on the east by Turtle river, on the south by Broadway street, and on the west by Blythe back river, also all of that certain block of lots contained in said City bounded on the north by Pennsylvania Avenue, on the east by Turtle river, on the south by Georgia Avenue and on the west by Blythe back river; also all that certain block of lots contained in said City bounded on the north by Louise Avenue on the east by Turtle River, on the south by New York Avenue and on the west by Blythe back river.
          Also all of that certain block of lots contained in said City commencing on the west side of twenty first street and lying thence west, and bounded as follows; to wit;

on the north by lands of John I. Holly; on the east by twenty second street; on the south by Louise Avenue; and on the west by Blythe Back river; and also the north one half (1/2) of that certain block of lots contained in said City, and bounded as follows, to wit; on the north by lands of John I. Holly; on the east by Turtle river on the south by Louise Avenue, and on the west by twelfth street, all of which hereby conveyed property can be easily ascertained and pointed out, if a fuller description is desired, by reference to the said map and plan of said City made by E.A. Penniman, Surveyor aforesaid.
          To have and to hold the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. And all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever.
          In witness whereof, the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals, the day and year first above written.

          I hereby certify that on this day personally appeared before me, an officer duly authorized to Administer oaths and take acknowledgments, Mrs. Lilly Morris and Pendleton S. Morris, her Husband, to me well known to be the persons described in and who executed the foregoing instrument and who acknowledged before me that they executed the same freely and voluntarily for the purposes therein expressed.
          And I further certify that the said Mrs. Lilly Morris known to me to be the wife of the said Pendleton S. Morris, on a separate and private examination, taken and made before me, separately and apart from her husband, did acknowledge that she executed the foregoing deed for the purpose of relinquishing, alienating and conveying her rights, title and interest, whether of dower, homestead or of separate property, statutory or equitable, in and to the lands described therein and that she executed said deed freely and voluntarily without any compulsion, constraint or apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
          Witness my hand and official seal at Hendersonville, County of Henderson, and State of North Carolina, this 25th day of September A.D. 1917.

          And I further certify, that the said Mrs. Emma Brock known to me to be the wife of the said U. Grant Brock, and on a separate and private examination, taken and made by and before me separately and apart from her husband, did acknowledge that she executed the foregoing deed for the purpose of relinquishing, alienating and conveying all her rights, title and interest, whatever of dower, homestead or of separate property, statutory or equitable, in and to the lands described therein, and that she executed said deed freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
